Opening ceremony of the show room of LUG fixtures in Sao Paulo

On 24 April 2012, the headquarters of the subsidiary, LUG do Brazil Ltda., held the opening ceremony of the show room of LUG fixtures and opening presentation of the LUG, LUG&LED and Flash DQ brands in the company's registered office in Sao Paulo. Many distinguished guests participated in the event, among others architects, designers, investors and representatives of the media. Another guest of honour was the Consul General of the Polish Embassy in Sao Paulo.
A new subsidiary in the LUG S.A. Capital Group
– LUG Lighting UK Ltd.
Within the framework of the foreign development strategy carried out by the LUG S.A. Capital Group, in 2013 a new subsidiary was established with its registered office in London. Supplementing the activities of the LUG trade representative office in London by the LUG Lighting UK Ltd. company will allow increasing the market penetration level and develop competences necessary for creating the LUG consulting and trade centre. The following events comprised the establishment process of the company. On 20 June 2013, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer adopted resolution No. 01/06/2013 granting consent for the Management Board to adopt a resolution on establishing and registering a capital company in the Great Britain, which would operate under the name "LUG Lighting UK Ltd." in accordance with the provisions of the British law (current report EBI 26/2013). On 10 September 2013, the Management Board of LUG S.A. announced that all formal and legal procedures related to incorporation of a new subsidiary, LUG Lighting UK Limited, were completed (current report EBI 36/2013).
